L'ANMUYA 提醒您，請提高警覺，避免遭受詐騙。若您接獲可疑電話、簡訊、Email 或社群訊息，請勿依照對方指示操作 ATM、網路銀行、信用卡或提供個人資料。
一、L'ANMUYA 不會主動要求您操作 ATM
L'ANMUYA 不會以任何理由要求您操作 ATM、網路銀行或第三方支付平台，也不會要求您解除分期付款、取消誤刷、變更付款設定或重新驗證交易。
二、L'ANMUYA 不會要求提供敏感資料
L'ANMUYA 不會主動要求您提供以下資料：
信用卡完整卡號
信用卡背面安全碼
銀行帳號密碼
網路銀行帳號密碼
簡訊驗證碼
一次性密碼 OTP
身分證件照片或影本
若有人以 L'ANMUYA、客服、物流、銀行或金流平台名義要求您提供上述資料，請立即停止回覆。
三、常見詐騙話術
請特別留意以下可疑說法：
您的訂單設定錯誤
系統誤設為分期付款
需要協助取消自動扣款
物流資料異常，需要重新驗證
付款失敗，需要重新操作
會員資料外洩，需要配合處理
客服將轉接銀行或金流人員協助
以上皆可能為詐騙手法，請勿依照對方指示操作。
四、請透過官方管道確認
若您對訂單、付款、物流或會員資料有任何疑問，請透過 L'ANMUYA 官方網站客服管道與我們聯繫。請勿點擊不明連結，也不要加入陌生 LINE、社群帳號或私下轉帳。
五、若疑似遭遇詐騙
若您懷疑接獲詐騙電話或訊息，請立即停止操作，並可撥打 165 反詐騙諮詢專線，或聯繫您的銀行、信用卡公司確認帳戶安全。
六、保護您的帳戶安全
建議您定期更新密碼，避免在不同網站使用相同密碼，並妥善保管手機、Email、會員帳號與付款資料。請勿將驗證碼、密碼或付款資訊提供給任何人。

Anti-Fraud Notice
L'ANMUYA reminds you to stay alert and protect yourself from fraud. If you receive suspicious phone calls, text messages, emails, or social media messages, please do not follow any instructions to operate an ATM, online banking service, credit card, or provide personal information.
1. L'ANMUYA Will Never Ask You to Operate an ATM
L'ANMUYA will never ask you to operate an ATM, online banking system, or third-party payment platform for any reason.
We will never ask you to cancel installment payments, reverse an incorrect transaction, change payment settings, or re-verify a transaction through ATM or online banking.
2. L'ANMUYA Will Never Ask for Sensitive Information
L'ANMUYA will never proactively ask you to provide the following information:
Full credit card number
Credit card security code
Bank account password
Online banking username or password
SMS verification code
One-time password (OTP)
Photo or copy of your identification document
If anyone claims to represent L'ANMUYA, customer service, logistics providers, banks, or payment platforms and asks for the above information, please stop responding immediately.
3. Common Fraud Tactics
Please be cautious if you hear any of the following suspicious statements:
There is an error with your order
Your order was mistakenly set as installment payment
You need to cancel automatic payment
Your delivery information is abnormal and must be re-verified
Your payment failed and must be processed again
Your member information has been leaked and requires action
Customer service will transfer you to a bank or payment platform representative
These may be fraud tactics. Please do not follow the caller’s or sender’s instructions.
4. Confirm Through Official Channels
If you have any questions about your order, payment, delivery, or member information, please contact us only through the customer service channels provided on the official L’ANMUYA website.
Do not click unknown links, join unfamiliar LINE or social media accounts, or make private transfers.
5. If You Suspect Fraud
If you suspect that you have received a fraudulent call or message, please stop all actions immediately.
You may contact the 165 Anti-Fraud Hotline in Taiwan, or contact your bank or credit card company to confirm account security.
6. Protect Your Account Security
We recommend that you update your passwords regularly, avoid using the same password across different websites, and keep your phone, email, member account, and payment information secure.
Never share verification codes, passwords, or payment information with anyone.
